FAQ
IPTV reseller questions, answered
If yours is not here, ask on Telegram — replies are usually faster than email.
What is an IPTV reseller?
Someone who buys credits wholesale, opens subscription lines from their own panel, and sells those subscriptions to their own customers at their own price. You own the customer relationship; we supply the stock and the panel.
What is a credit?
One credit opens one subscription for one month. A 12-month customer costs 12 credits. Credits do not expire, so you can buy stock now and use it across the year.
How much does it cost to become an IPTV reseller?
The entry block is $150 for 50 credits. There is no panel fee and no monthly cost, so that is the whole startup requirement.
Do I need technical skills to resell?
No. The panel is a web page: type a username, pick a package length, and it returns login details you pass to your customer. Most new resellers create their first line within ten minutes.
Can I test before I buy credits?
Yes. Start a free trial line, install it on the device you plan to sell to, and judge stability and coverage yourself before spending anything.
How fast do credits arrive after payment?
Credits land in your panel balance automatically once the order clears. Bank transfers and some manual methods take longer to confirm.
Can I add sub resellers?
Yes, on every package. You set the credit price your sub resellers pay, and their usage is deducted from your balance.
What happens if a customer line has a problem?
Open a ticket in the panel or message support on Telegram with the username. Support works on the line directly, so you never have to hand your customer over.
Do you offer refunds on credits?
Unused credits are handled case by case with support. Credits already spent on active lines are not refundable, which is exactly why the free trial exists.
Which devices do the lines work on?
Any device with a standard playlist or portal player — TV boxes, streaming sticks, smart TVs, phones, tablets and desktop players.
Can I resell under my own brand?
Yes. You set retail prices, keep the renewal list, and present the service under your own name.
How many subscriptions can I sell with 200 credits?
Two hundred monthly subscriptions, or roughly sixteen yearly ones, since a 12-month customer consumes 12 credits at once.
