Terms of service

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to resellers who buy credits and operate a panel account with us. By purchasing credits or using the panel you accept them.

2. Credits

One credit opens one line for one month. Credits are prepaid, are not a subscription, and do not expire. Credit balances are tied to your account and are not transferable between accounts without our agreement.

3. Your customers are yours

You set your own retail prices and own the relationship with the people you sell to. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you promise them. We supply you; we do not supply them.

4. Acceptable use

You must operate lawfully in the territory where you sell, comply with applicable local regulations, and hold whatever licences or permissions your jurisdiction requires. You may not use the panel for fraud, credential sharing at scale, or any activity that is illegal where you or your customers are located. Accounts used in breach of this section are closed without refund.

5. Sub-resellers

Where your tier permits sub-reseller accounts, you remain responsible for their usage and for the credits they consume from your balance.

6. Refunds

Credits already spent on active lines are not refundable. Unused credit balances are reviewed case by case. The free trial exists so that you can evaluate the service before committing funds; we expect you to use it.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Our liability is limited to the value of the credits in your account.
